Give yourself a new and effective marketing tool by taking this Instructor Development Workshop. This two day class will enhance your presentation skills and ability to run effective clockhour classes. The class includes instruction in a variety of teaching methods, presentation and classroom control skills when teaching adult education. Just having the certification is a great listing tool. You must have 3-5 years experience in a “real estate related field” to be certified. Brokers, lenders, title, stagers, marketing, coaches, etc.

After the class you will apply at the Secure Access WA Department of Licensing website and upload the required documentation and payment of $114.
Natalie can also work with you to write your own classes. Let’s start a plan to get you teaching and where! You must teach under an approved school. If you want to teach for Professional Direction, you must take this class.
