You may be starting to take your required clockhours…. OR … you are anxious because your license renewal date is closing in on you! Don’t worry! You are not alone. We are not a computer! We need your correct paperwork so we can process your certificates!
You can get your required clockhours done so easy! Here is the process to?access, download, complete, and submit your coursework

?1?Determine Your Required Clockhours
You can check your license status and whether you need a background check/fingerprints by going to your DOL account at SecureAccess.wa.gov.
First renewal for Brokers who have been in real estate less than 2 years.
You need to have these required courses that add up to 90 clockhours.
30 Hours – Real Estate Law
30 Hours – Advanced Practices
3 Hours – Core Curriculum
3 Hours – Fair Housing
24 Hours – Your Choice of Additional Coursework

Brokers, Managing Brokers, and Designated Brokers
Must have 30 clockhours . You can retake classes from your Last renewal.

The classes are self-study correspondence.?Read the material, print out and answer the quiz at the end.?It may be easiest to print out the quiz and have it avail like an open book test. You can carry the quiz with you and … do the classes on any computer or mobile device as there is no sign-in or tracking!???
4?Pay Tuition Using Credit/Debit card.
Pay for your classes when clockhour coursework is complete. REALLY! You can go click on classes and pay tuition when you are done! Include a copy of your receipt when submitting completed clockhours.?
Tuition can be paid for classes individually OR There is also discount for your 30 hour renewal for $179.?

- Go to the menu on the right side of the page
- See Heading “Pay For Classes Using Debit/Credit”
- Select the dropdown under “Website Clockhour Classes”
- Add your Selected Class(s) to the Cart
- Pay Using Debit/Credit Card. It is the grey box. PayPal processes the credit card payments! You will get a receipt at the email you entered.??
?5?Email?Quizzes, Evaluations and Paid Receipt
After you have completed the course(s),?forward a PDF file?(no links, jpeg, or PNG files) for each course you have completed and a copy of your paid receipt to?clockhours@gmail.com.
1.????????Include all completed quizzes and tests if applicable.
2.????????Include completed the Mandatory Evaluation page.
3.????????Make sure all dates are accurate and do NOT?exceed 10 clockhours per day?in the “Date Class Taken” section of the Evaluation page. The DOL restricts the number of clockhours per day. 30 hours must be completed in more than 3 days. You can use multiple dates to complete a class, of course.
4.????????Be sure you have included quizzes and evaluations for all classes and a receipt for payment. It makes it easier for us to verify your payment.
Go Renew Online!
AFTER?you finish your clockhours, paid tuition, and emailed your paperwork,?THEN?you can go online and renew! Renew your license at SecureAccess.WA.gov.
You will get certificates as soon as reasonably practicable. You do NOT need the certificates to renew your license. Keep the certificates in case you are audited.
