Providing the ability to purchase housing in our country is fundamental to our real estate business.  The WA legislature passed a law requiring that all real estate licensees take afair housing course that is approved by the Real Estate Department of Licensing.

After June 1, 2024, you are required to take a 3 hour Fair Housing class … and the Core Curriculum!
